2. Download TunnelBear (Windows/Mac/Android/iPhone/etc), VPN with Limit 500mb/Month

3. Install TunnelBear and Spotify
4. Start TunnelBear(is necessary have one login, that is free), after started you computer is part of VPN on EEUU,UK, etc.
